This condo is located on the 27th floor of what could be considered one of the best condominium complexes on the beach. 2705 Tidewater offers a commanding view of the gulf as soon as you walk in the front door. The kitchen in 2705 Tidewater Beach Resort is a chef's dream with upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and plenty of room to whip up a meal for your family or merely blend up a cold beverage after a hot day on the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your culinary masterpieces.
Dining for 6 is made easy with the beautiful 6 seat dining table. Comfortable chairs offer plenty of elbow room around the table for a family meal or for just playing games or casual conversation. There is even extra seating at the granite bar.
The living area is an oasis in a sea of "beachy" looking condos. The owners went with an upscale cosmopolitan feel to match the lofty views from this elegant condo. Twin ivory leather sofas and a matching arm chair with ottoman offer plenty of seating for you and your entire family. The living room also offers a 47" Flat Panel Visio TV with DVD player for your viewing pleasure.
The second bedroom in this condo was so spacious, the owners have furnished it with 2 Queen beds and there is still plenty of room for a dresser and a 37" Visio TV with a DVD player.
The Gulf Front King master bedroom is one of the greatest spaces in the condo. Very large and impeccably appointed, this master retreat offers spectacular views of the gulf through the bay windows and private door access to the balcony. There is also a 37" Visio in the master.
There are 2 full baths in 2705. The first full bath is located adjacent to the double queen bedroom that has direct access to the bathroom as well as a hall entry to the bathroom. The second bath is the en-suite master bath that is reminiscent of a luxury spa.
Wireless internet is offered in this condo but only 2 devices can be connected at any time. The private balcony is perfect for watching sunsets, but remember there is no smoking on the grounds of Tidewater, not even on the balconies. This condo, just like a first class seat on an airplane, is no smoking. If you have pet allergies, you may want to consider another condo as the owners of 2705 Tidewater do have pets and owners only are allowed to have pets in the condos
