I will definately book again
This was my first time staying here. Jeff & Lucinda were very helpful during the booking process & were there for any question that I had. Everything was PERFECT! I had no problems during the whole entire stay! The room was very clean & looks exactly like the pictures you see on the website. I will be booking with Blue Sun Properties again. Thanks for everything!

Very nice condo and perfect weather. We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and suited our needs. We would definitely stay here again.
As a side note: this unit has a floor plan with road-facing bedrooms. We did not know that bike week was going on and it was pretty loud late into the night. I would recommend choosing a floor plan with gulf-facing bedrooms if you stay there during Thunder Beach Bike Week.
This was in no way the fault of Aqua or Blue Sun Properties.......just a lesson learned. After the bikes left, it was perfect!
Everything went just as smooth as could be. The unit was extremely clean and exceeded our expectations. There is plenty of room for big famalies or three couples wanting to go on vacation. Views AMAZING!

This is a beautiful condo! Very nicely furnished & clean. And boy, what a view!!!! We stayed for Thunder Beach & having the master bedroom, heard no noise at all!! It was agreat experience & would love to stay again! Next time I'm going to stay longer!
In town for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival this Unit is in the perfect location nicely decorated and very clean. The view was awesome, the beds were very comfortable we all slept very well as if we were in our own beds. Jeff and Linda were very accomodating we requested a DVD player in the children's room they left and a few minutes later returned with the DVD player! There were 8 of us in the condo, we had a Wonderful time and will definitely come back again!Thank you Jeff and Linda you are great Managers!

The view and the condo both were both fantastic, and everything was very well-kept and orderly. Check-in and out was pain-free. I'll definitely recommend Blue Sun Properties to anyone else looking for a condo for a weekend, and I'll most certainly recommend this condo!
No Complaints
I have absolutely no complaints about anything associated with this experience. Booking, communication with BlueSunProperties, arriving, check-in, the property, cleanliness, response to questions, check out, payment...literally this entire experience was so hassle-free and pleasant. I'd definitely go through Blue Sun Properties for future trips and experiences. Excellent! I highly suggest booking with them if you have the chance.
The unit was very nice, but the owner is getting short changed on the cleaning crew or person. This unit was not clean. The shower and bath area had hair present in it.The floor in the master bath had a good amount of sand on it, and had to be swept and vacuum by me upon check in. It made us think, perhaps the rest of the unit was not properly cleaned.The outside lanai furniture was filty. I washed table and chairs so we could sit outside.If we choose not to stay at Aqua Beach resort for 2013,it will be because of poorly cleaned units.--wynn watkins

I really wish you had called me so that we could have sent housekeeping in to make it right. Unfortunately, we are speaking after the fact and I have no opportunity to fix the issues you posted your review about. It\'s kind of funny how you praise us in the email and ask for the same rates for next year, yet in your public review, you state you may never return due to poorly cleaned rooms.
We are going through a training curve with our third party housekeeping group and we have had great reviews on other rooms. I am sorry this one slipped through the cracks.

What a great time we had! The condo was even better than the pictures. The accommadations were fabulous. Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, and near everything including the Jazz festival. Looking forward to book now for next year.

Our stay at Aqua Resort was wonderful!! The condo was luxurious with a beautiful view, and we enjoyed it tremendously. We lived in PCB many years ago and my son was born there on the Air Force Base, so we visit frequently. After this stay at your condo, we plan on using your rental property from now on. Thank you for helping our great time be even better!
We had a wonderful time during our stay at the for new years. we stood on the balcony and watched the fireworks and stood outside the front door and watched the beach ball drop. The kids had a ball. We are gonna go back every year to see the beachball drop.
We stayed in 1701 at the Aqua the first week in May 2011. I was glad we went through bluesunproperites after dealing with them. The communication was really good and we were not left wondering anything. The complimentary beach chairs, price point, location near the Pier Park was a deal breaker when comparing with other condos at PCB. The photos of 1701 did not do justice. We were amazed by the views, decor and cleanliness of the unit the entire stay. Everything was first class at the Aqua. We constantly noticed workers inspecting and cleaning, even the bridge from the garage smelled clean. I’m convinced that the Aqua is the best of the bunch in PCB. We underestimated how much we would love and frequent the Pier Park . Brand new and outstanding. We plan to visit the Aqua again and would highly recommend Blue Sun. Thansk!
We stayed at this condo the week of July 4th. Very nice, great views, location was great. We will use this condo again.
Last year during Spring Break, my boyfriend and I and his kids stayed at Aqua Beach Resort Unit 1104 and we loved it! It was spacious, the unit had everything we needed, and made for a lovely week. This year, we are now engaged and plan on taking both of our families and just booked another week w/ Blue Sun Properties for Unit #802 for this summer in June and we are sure it will be as fantastic as it was last year. Thank you Jeff and Lucinda..you made for a smooth and easy trip and I’m sure this year will not disappoint.
