I was extremely pleased with my stay at Aqua.Security was exceptional, the condo was clean and well maintained. Sometimes one can be a little disappointed, if you are picky, but Aqua and Blue Sun exceeded my expectations.
November is a great time to go to the Beach
For several years we have spent the Thanksgiving Holiday in either Destin or PCB. We sold our condo in Destin earlier this year and were on this trip looking to buy again. This year the weather was the best it had ever been which made it a great time to be there. Just like most people looking for a place to stay, we searched the Internet for condo's on the beach that were available. 1705 was available and it didn't disappoint at all. Palazzo is a beautiful building that is close to everything yet a bit out of the way to avoid the worst of the traffic. The furnishings and color scheme make it feel like home. We highly recommend this unit.
Gorgeous!
These Tennesseans absolutely loved 36 St. Tropez. The moment we walked in the door we knew this home was even more beautiful than the pictures which is rare. Every room is very tastefully decorated, the master bedroom is stunning and all the beds were very comfy. Luxurious describes this home perfectly. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and loved the convenience of the gate just off the lower patio. Just wish there were 3 full baths instead of 2.5 as it was a little inconvenient sharing with three high maintenance females, and 3 males.Loved the large laundry room! Lucinda was great, answered all my emails and phone calls and kept us updated on Hurricane Issac. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home!
Palazzo
The condo was wonderful the rental agency was wonderful.The beach boy ok did not get beach chairs as easlie as it sounded.The Palazzo beach and pool layout are not that great it is a hassle to go from beach to pool and the pool is not big enough.Again Blue Sun is great and the Room was wonderful just like pictures .
St. Tropez
We had a wonderful time! This is an amazing property...absoutely perfect!! Will definately make this a yearly trip.
Absolutely Amazing
This property was absolutely amazing. There are stunning views from this room! The beach is beautiful and we got free chairs and umbrellas on the beach. This is the second time we have used Blue Sun Properties and I plan on using them every time we go back to the beach which is usually once a year in the summer.
Aqua 2006
We had a great stay at Aqua 2006, it is a beautiful condo, right on the beach and had everything we needed. The only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom did not sleep good. I took a nap one day on the kids bunk bed and layed better than the mattress on my own bed. This was our first time staying at Aqua and we do plan to return ASAP.
Upscale Beach Condo!
Condo was exactly like we had imagined it from the pictures! We had a small problem with our room, but the owner was on site and up to see about it in 10 minutes! AWESOME SERVICE!!!! This was definitely an upscale, first class condo and we look forward to staying there again next summer! Highly recommend!!!!

We loved the palazzo
Absolutely loved this condo! Rooms were decorated exactly like the pictures. Very beautiful, kids loved the bunk room. Building itself was kept clean, even after a storm passed through. Logan, the beach boy was awesome, very friendly, checked on us throughout the day to see if there was anything we needed! Everyone we met was very friendly! We had the best vaca ever! Only suggestion I have is when the seaweed washes up on the beach that it be raked back so when the tractor comes thru it can be cleaned up. Not a real big deal though:) we are already planning our return trip (in the exact same room) next year!!!!! Oh yeah, the views were to die for!!!!!!!!!!
This property was absolutely beautiful!!!!! First class on everything except balcony furniture. Wish the movie rentals in lobby were for everyone, but will definitely be back, well well worth the money!!! Check it out

Our stay at Aqua Resort was wonderful!! The condo was luxurious with a beautiful view, and we enjoyed it tremendously. We lived in PCB many years ago and my son was born there on the Air Force Base, so we visit frequently. After this stay at your condo, we plan on using your rental property from now on. Thank you for helping our great time be even better!
We had a wonderful time during our stay at the for new years. we stood on the balcony and watched the fireworks and stood outside the front door and watched the beach ball drop. The kids had a ball. We are gonna go back every year to see the beachball drop.
We stayed in 1701 at the Aqua the first week in May 2011. I was glad we went through bluesunproperites after dealing with them. The communication was really good and we were not left wondering anything. The complimentary beach chairs, price point, location near the Pier Park was a deal breaker when comparing with other condos at PCB. The photos of 1701 did not do justice. We were amazed by the views, decor and cleanliness of the unit the entire stay. Everything was first class at the Aqua. We constantly noticed workers inspecting and cleaning, even the bridge from the garage smelled clean. I’m convinced that the Aqua is the best of the bunch in PCB. We underestimated how much we would love and frequent the Pier Park . Brand new and outstanding. We plan to visit the Aqua again and would highly recommend Blue Sun. Thansk!
We stayed at this condo the week of July 4th. Very nice, great views, location was great. We will use this condo again.
Last year during Spring Break, my boyfriend and I and his kids stayed at Aqua Beach Resort Unit 1104 and we loved it! It was spacious, the unit had everything we needed, and made for a lovely week. This year, we are now engaged and plan on taking both of our families and just booked another week w/ Blue Sun Properties for Unit #802 for this summer in June and we are sure it will be as fantastic as it was last year. Thank you Jeff and Lucinda..you made for a smooth and easy trip and I’m sure this year will not disappoint.

My family and I had a great time! The unit was perfect for us and was very clean. Everything about Aqua was clean! Jeff made the whole process easy! I will be using Blue Sun Properties again and look forward to my next stay at Aqua Beach Resort
Blue Sun did a great job and the transaction was fast and easy. November is the time to go to FL…no crowds and great rates.
Just returned home from vacation at Aqua Unit 1611. Really like the layout of this condo. About the only downfall of our stay at this condo was the awful carpeting in both bedrooms. I wore socks when walking around the place and they were black on the bottoms. The queen size bedroom’s carpeting was not only dirty, but wrinkled on one side of the room. The masterbath in the king room had a towel rack fall right out of the wall, but maintenance was right on the ball to fix. One quick suggestion, maybe in one of the baths a safety bar could be installed for older folks showering, something to hold on to. Other than those couple of comments, we enjoyed our stay.
