Diana and I would like too thank you for allowing us to rent your Calypso Condo 1502 last week. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything that Panama City Beach had to offer. Diana’s sister and husband joined us on the 17th and they too had a wonderful time.
The condo was excellent and extremely comfortable. We had no problems with the appliances in the condo. I did have to change the living room and master bead room lamps 3-way bulbs. The glass bulbs were broken. In addition, we did notice that the sink faucet on the wet-bar was barely dripping I made sure that the handles were tightly closed this helped however, you may want to put new washers/o-rings in.
Diana and I always treat other people’s property as if it were our own. We pride ourselves on leaving the condo in the condition that we found it. Diana counted the beach towels and there were only 6 in the master closet. We always bring our own did not need to use them.
After renting different condos over the last 5 years Diana and I have put together a condo kit. Our condo kit has what we normally would use and to supplement what you provide. Experience has shown us that there no way to know what is available when we arrive. We fully understand the difficulties of maintaining multiple properties in addition too having them fully furnished. I am sorry that there are people out there that do not respect the property they are renting to have an enjoyable vacation. Their attitude of I do not own it reflex’s badly on everyone.

Jeff at Blue Sun Properties was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was easily reachable and answered all our questions quickly. I received notification of my security refund before I even made it back to Texas. Now about the condo. I don't even know how to describe it, other than it was fantastic. The view was amazing. I was on a Mother/Daughter vacation, we are already making plans to go back next year. By the way, there was absolutely no signs of oil anywhere.

Really nice Condo! I love decor and the PS3 was fun to play. Close to the Pier park shopping and the Beaches are tar free. Jet skiing was AWSOME! No tar or oil at all --- we looked hard! The condo is perfect and the AQUA pools are clean. Waterfalls and freindly staff makes this a GREAT place to stay. I will rent this again - for sure!

This is a GREAT condo -- beautiful view from the top floor and a big deck with nice furniture to enjoy it. I probably got my best sunset pics ever from the balcony. The condo is has very nice furniture throughout and 2 large flat screen TVs. The beach was also beautiful -- no oil or tar balls to speak off. What else can I say -- other than PERFECT!!!

The unit was beautiful!! We took a spur of the moments girls only trip. We could not have asked for a better place. I have stayed at other new resorts and by far I like Aqua the best. The only thing I would say is difficult is the parking deck. But all of the new buildings have a crazy deck.
Probably my favorite two things were the master bedroom opening to the beautiful gulf every morning and the bunk room. I prefer that over the "in the wall" bunks. I, myself, would not be opposed to sleeping in the bunk room.
All around we had a great trip and a wonderful time!

As far as the condo it was the best condo I've rented so far. My motto is, if the unit does not possess the same of higher qualities I have in my own home then I don't rent it. This unit does that 10x over it was absolutely immaculate, and equipped with the top of the line everything. From the stainless steel kitchen to the 42in HDTVs, there was absolutely nothing lacking. This will continue to be my choice until I can top that, but this unit is such a unbelievable bargain I will probably never top it.
As far as the beach the first day was beautiful and the water was clear. By day 2 there seem to be a lot of seaweed or algae washing ashore. But never really notice tar balls of any sort. My short beach vacation was relaxing and very comfortable. Thanks again !

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the for new years. we stood on the balcony and watched the fireworks and stood outside the front door and watched the beach ball drop. The kids had a ball. We are gonna go back every year to see the beachball drop.
We stayed in 1701 at the Aqua the first week in May 2011. I was glad we went through bluesunproperites after dealing with them. The communication was really good and we were not left wondering anything. The complimentary beach chairs, price point, location near the Pier Park was a deal breaker when comparing with other condos at PCB. The photos of 1701 did not do justice. We were amazed by the views, decor and cleanliness of the unit the entire stay. Everything was first class at the Aqua. We constantly noticed workers inspecting and cleaning, even the bridge from the garage smelled clean. I’m convinced that the Aqua is the best of the bunch in PCB. We underestimated how much we would love and frequent the Pier Park . Brand new and outstanding. We plan to visit the Aqua again and would highly recommend Blue Sun. Thansk!

Last year during Spring Break, my boyfriend and I and his kids stayed at Aqua Beach Resort Unit 1104 and we loved it! It was spacious, the unit had everything we needed, and made for a lovely week. This year, we are now engaged and plan on taking both of our families and just booked another week w/ Blue Sun Properties for Unit #802 for this summer in June and we are sure it will be as fantastic as it was last year. Thank you Jeff and Lucinda..you made for a smooth and easy trip and I’m sure this year will not disappoint.
